Day – 01 – Arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) and transfer to Darjeeling

Day – 02 – Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
At about 4:00 AM drive to Tiger Hills, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial – Back to hotel for breakfast and next – Tenzing Rock, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Lebong Race course, Ropeway, Gorkha Stadium, Gorkha handicraft, Tibetans Refugee center, Tea garden – lunch at hotel or on the way – Japanese Peace Pagoda, Natural History Museum, Ava Art Gallery, LalKothi, and Ganga Maiya Park bare sightseeing spot and can be visited as per the days program – Sightseeing places are dynamically set depending upon the road condition and time factors– Evening free to roam around the any of the hundred nurseries or the Local market area – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day – 03 Transfer to Gangtok (Nearly 77km)
After breakfast,go for a one way toy train ride from Darjeeling to Ghoom.
In the afternoon depart for Gangtok, visiting beautiful tea gardens, Lopchu, view points and Teesta. Gangtok is a perfect destination for tourist in search of enchantment, tranquillity, trekking or any other adventure.
In the evening you are free to stroll around M G Marg / Local Market.Overnight, stay at Gangtok.

Day 4: Excursion to TShangu Lake
Early in the morning, start the trip and go to visit Tshangu lake. Tsomgo Lake, also known as Tsongmo Lake or Changu Lake, is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim of the Indian state of Sikkim, some 40 kilometres (25 mi) from the capital Gangtok. Located at an elevation of 3,753 m (12,313 ft), the lake remains frozen during the winter season. The lake surface reflects different colours with change of seasons and is held in great reverence by the local Sikkimese people. Buddhist monks prognosticated after studying the changing colours of the lake.
Then visit Nathula Pass ( Nathula Pass is Optional, subject to availability of permit with an extra cost of RS.3000/Vehicle. Permits are issued on the same day of travel closing on Monday & Thursday) and Visit New Baba Mandir. Have a lunch at Changu and headback towards Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
(In case of landslide or any other reason Tshangu lake is closed, we will provide alternate sightseeing)
Day 5: Gangtok Local Sightseeing:
After breakfast you will be visiting 7 to 8 itinerary points which includes Ranka Monastery, one of the oldest and most beautiful monasteries of India, Ban Jhagri Falls, Shanti View Point, Institute of Tibetology, Ganesh Tok, Cottage Industry, Flower Show, White hall, andTashi View Point.
In the evening, you are free to stroll around M G Marg / Local Market. Overnight, stay at Gangtok.

Day 6: Excursion to Lachung, North Sikkim
In the morning, after breakfast, travel to lachung, North Sikkim. Drive 135 kilometers, 5 – 6 hours’ drive from Gangtok via Chungthang. On the way, visit various view point such as Singhik view point, Naga water falls, seven sister falls, chungthang, Dikchu dam, etc. Overnight, stay at Lachung.
Day 7: Visit Yumthang valley 3,564 metres (11,693 ft) and transfer to Lachen.
In the morning after breakfast, visit Yumthang (29 kms)from Lachung. It is popularly known as ‘Valley of Flowers' and is home to the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, which has over twenty-four species of the rhododendron, the state flower. Atributary of the river Teesta flows past the valley and the town of Lachung, the nearest inhabited centre. Yumthang is closed between December and March due to heavy snowfall.
Zero point is not included in the package because of military restriction and permit issues. If guests are curious of visiting Zero point one can deal with the driver and pay extra charge on the spot.
Transfer to Lachen in the evening. Overnight stay at Lachen.
Day 8: Visit Gurudongmar lake and back to Gangtok.
Early in the morning before sunrise depart for Gurudongmar Lake. Gurudongmar Lake, also known as Gurudogmar Lake, is one of the highest lakes in the world, located at an altitude of 17,800 ft (5,430 m)in the Indian state of Sikkim. It is a lake which is considered sacred by both Buddhists and Sikhs. The lake is named after Guru Padmasambhava, also known as Guru Rinpoche, founder of Tibetan Buddhism who visited the lake in the 8th century.
Back to Gangtok in the evening. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 9: Gangtok to NJP/Bagdogra:
After breakfast depart for NJP/Bagdogra.
On the way back one can enjoy white river rafting in Teesta and Rangeet (3 KM long) which is a lifetime opportunity and experience for the guests.
